View Your Fall 2023 Semester Schedule Online.

How to check your schedule online: (Click here for a visual guide)

Look for the Members tab in the orange menu bar at the top of this page. Then, click on the Apprentice & Journeymen Login link in the dropdown menu or click here: https://students.ajtraining.org/Login.aspx

Enter your email (on file with your local union), member ID (7-digit UA card number), and password in the required fields and click the Log In button.

Underneath the Class_Data tab in the orange menu bar, click the Enrolled Classes link in the dropdown menu.

To view meeting dates and other relevant class information, click on the Meetings link.

After clicking the Meetings link, a page will be displayed with all course information. Scroll down to check meeting dates.

WHAT IN THE JUT!?

How to check your JUT credit hours: (Click here for a visual guide)

Underneath the "Members" tab in the orange menu bar above; click the "Apprentice & Journeymen Login" button in the dropdown menu.
Enter your email, member ID, and password, in the appropriate fields and press "Log In."
Underneath "Student_Info" in the new orange menu bar; click the "Certifications" button in the dropdown menu.
Look for *JUT Certifications as follows:

*JUT 2018/2019 = 10 JUT hours completed due August 31, 2019
*JUT 2019/2020 = 10 JUT hours completed due August 31, 2020 extended to January 1, 2021
*JUT 2020/2021 = 16 JUT hours completed due August 31, 2021
*JUT 2021/2022 = 16 JUT hours completed due August 31, 2022
*JUT Partial Credit = JUT hours are in progress but not complete in total for the year noted

Please Note: If the certification does not appear, there are no recorded JUT hours for that JUT year.

Important information:

Small Bore Brazing:
Members qualifying for 3/4" & 1-1/2" brazing certifications can walk into any A&J facility during posted walk-in brazing & welding hours only with the exception of training centers with appointment requirements listed in their hours. (Appointments made by phone only at 310-604-0892)

Big Bore Brazing:
Members qualifying for 2" through 8" big bore brazing certifications must make an appointment by phone only at 310-604-0892.

Practice:
Walk-in brazing practice is available to all members for 3/4" through 1-1/2" only. Practice on 2" will be approved for members with a current BTS15 or UA51 certification.
